ESSAYS ROUTINES I used to believe in the philosophy of sticking with what works when it comes to workouts, hardly ever changing my routine. Well, after many years of working out, my philosophy changed to one of variety. I've come to realize you can make gains on pretty much any logical routine, just as long as you work out intensely and don't overtrain. What follows are bodybuilding workouts intended for just that.
